Terms of Service

1. Overview

Future UI is operated by RayLabs Pte. Ltd. (Singapore). These terms govern your use of Future UI (“Service”) and any digital products, components, or templates purchased through our platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. License

Upon purchase and successful activation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the components, templates, and code in your own projects — both personal and commercial.

You may:

• Use purchased components in unlimited personal and client projects
• Modify the source code to fit your needs

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the source code as a standalone product or as part of any competing product
• Include the components in any product sold as a UI kit, template, or component library
• Share, transfer, publish, or sublicense your license key to any third party
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original source code

3. License Keys

Each purchase provides a unique license key for activation. License keys are non-transferable and tied to your purchase. We reserve the right to immediately revoke any license key that is found to be shared, redistributed, or used in violation of these terms — without refund.

We maintain logs of license activations and may investigate unusual activation patterns.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through DodoPayments. Prices are listed in USD.

No refunds. Due to the instant-delivery, digital nature of our products, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You receive immediate access to digital content (source code and components)
• Digital goods cannot be “returned” once delivered
• You waive any right to a cooling-off period or chargeback for products already accessed or downloaded

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us at support@futureui.studio and we will work to resolve it.

Chargebacks & disputes. Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimately delivered digital product constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately revoke your license key, terminate your access, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.

5. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. License keys are provided immediately at checkout. There are no physical goods, shipping, or delayed delivery involved.

6. Intellectual Property

All components, designs, code, and related materials remain the intellectual property of RayLabs Pte. Ltd. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership or any transfer of intellectual property.

7. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your license key. We are not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RayLabs Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
